6 stages to the document preparation process

A structured, research-first process refined over 25 years. Your writer collaborates with you from initial consultation to delivery, with up to two rounds of revisions included.

    Stage 1

    Initial Consultation

    A mini interview by consult, email or phone - we extract as much information as possible so your documents accurately represent you. A quote is prepared at this stage.

    Once the quote is accepted, full payment is required before any assessable work is commenced.

    Stage 2

    Research

    We research your previous positions and companies to fully understand your career, experience, skills and achievements.

  3. 3

    Stage 3

    Preparation & Drafting

    Using keywords targeted to your industry and occupation, we craft a fully custom-made document that puts you head and shoulders above the competition.

  4. 4

    Stage 4

    Document Design

    We design documents based on your industry and personal experience.

  5. 5

    Stage 5

    Drafting & Proof Reading

    Once we've completed and proofed your documents, we send you a first draft of the documents via email.

  6. 6

    Stage 6

    Delivery & Revisions

    Your documents are analysed against ATS resume-scanning technology, with up to two rounds of revisions. Typical turnaround is three to seven working days.

    No one knows your career better than you - revisions are totally normal and expected, and you'll have up to two rounds included.

Depending on our current workload and your project requirements, we usually ask for around 3–7 working days to have the initial drafts back to you for review. Tight deadline? Contact us to discuss fitting your project in at short notice.
