The document writing process is lots of research. In order to fully understand your career, experience, skills and achievements we will research your previous positions and companies. We’ll study your existing information upload with the aim of understanding every detail.

The next stage is to consult with you either by personal in-office consultation, email or phone to ask you any questions we have regarding your previous experience. This is like a mini interview in itself, where we will extract as much information as possible to ensure the descriptions we write are accurately representing your skills and experience in your new professionally written documents.
At this stage a quote will be prepared. Once the quote is accepted, full payment will be required before any assessable work is commenced.

Once we have a solid understanding of your skills, achievements and experience, we will start on drafting your new résumé. Using targeted keywords to your industry and occupation, we will craft a fully custom-made document guaranteed to put you head and shoulders above the competition.

If you have a CV design or format you prefer, we can work towards that, but we will typically design the documents based on your industry and personal experience.

Once we have completed and proofed the first drafts of your documents we will send you a draft document via email.
